ISLAMABAD, October 8, 2026, As part of its ongoing vision for "Clean Energy | A Greener Islamabad, A Brighter Future," the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced an upcoming open auction for 07 prime petrol pump and filling station sites located across various sectoral areas of Islamabad. The transparent open auction is scheduled to take place on October 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. *Registered Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and Authorised Dealers of OMCs are invited to participate in the bidding process for the construction, operation, and management of Petrol Pumps / Filling Stations alongside complementary ancillary facilities on a rental basis.* *Site Details for Auction:* The auction features seven strategic commercial plots across Islamabad: 1. Plot No. 1: Murree Road, near Lake View Park (3,555.55 Sq. yds.) 2. Plot No. 2: Murree Road, near Lake View Park (3,555.55 Sq. yds.) 3. Blue Area F-10: (2,500.00 Sq. yds.) 4. Petrol Pump I-12 Markaz: (3,688.88 Sq. yds.) 5. Plot No. 15-B, G-8 Markaz: (1,200.00 Sq. yds.) 6. Plot No. 13-A, Mauve Area, G-8/1: (2,555.55 Sq. yds.) 7. Plot No. 26, Mauve Area, G-11/1: (2,000.00 Sq. yds.) 8. ⁠ *Key Terms & Conditions:* Contractual Period: The sites will be offered on a rental basis for a contractual period of 20 years, subject to agreement terms. ** Auction Format**: All sites will be offered for auction as a "single package." Responsibilities: Successful bidders will bear all responsibilities regarding construction, operation, management, regulatory NOCs, licenses, statutory approvals, and all associated costs. *Timelines*: The maximum construction and completion period is set at 9 months or site completion, whichever is earlier. *Financials*: The Token Money is fixed at PKR 25 million.
