Facilitation Centre - App and Web Connectivity
  • Citizens have the facility of filing their cases electronically after scanning the requisite documentation.
  • Cases are electronically transferred to the concerned officer who can request records or intimate citizens electronically.

  • Google (Android) App available (last update: 30 August 2022).

Geospatial Technology Wing has been established and mandated to provide assistance to all the wings of CDA for the use of Geospatial Technologies like Satellite Imagery, UAV and Drone Imagery, Geographic Information System, Remote Sensing and Global Positioning System.

It has mandate to digitize and transform all existing maps, layout plans, drawings to geospatial information and formulate dicision support system for informed decision making.

State of the art IT Infrastructure coupled with development and deployments of Web and android apps and monitoring and reporting dashboards would help ease of doing business.

The Resource Center will have the following responsibilities/ TOR's: -

  1. To list all existing resources of revenue of CDA including its collection processes, possible pilferages and measures required to standardize these processes by using technology & digitalization.
  2. Explore potential/ neglected avenues of continuous resources collection in CDA to cater for the future needs of Authority.
