Islamabad : November 21, 2025: The Capital Development Authority (CDA), keeping in view citizens’ convenience and timely service delivery, has introduced a new system for online complaint resolution. On the special instructions of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, a modern digital mechanism has been launched to ensure prompt and effective redressal of public complaints. Under this system, citizens can register any civic, service-related, or administrative complaint by directly tagging @cdathecapital or CDA Chairman @RandhawaAli. According to the CDA spokesperson, immediate action will be taken on the received complaints, and the relevant teams will ensure resolution at the citizens’ doorstep. The purpose of this online system is to make the complaint-resolution process transparent, faster, and fully monitorable. The CDA has emphasized that citizen convenience, timely service delivery, and swift problem-solving are among the government’s top priorities. The launch of this new system will further strengthen direct communication between citizens and the institution.
