It is notified for the information of the allottees/transferees/members of the Housing Scheme. proposed/launched by M/s . PHA Foundation that the Layout Plan of the Scheme was approved by the Authority vide this office letter No. .CDA/PLW/RP-2(943)/2011/VOL-1II/19. dated 10-01-2020 and NOC for launching the project and starting the development works in the scheme according to the approved Layout Plan.
Now the sponsors of the scheme has have proposed Amendment in the Layout Plan by creating 33 new Plots. The Original and Proposed Revised Layout Plan with following details is printed below.
