Application Procedure:
- Applications on original forms will only be entertained which are available with this brochure.
- Applicants would have to submit their applications dully filled in along with processing fee of Rs.2000/- for each plot and 50% down payment in shape of pay order/demand draft in favor of CDA.
- Attested copy of CNIC along with two recent photographs(passport size) must be attached with application form
- Residual balance i.e. 50% will be payable by the successful applicants after three months of the ballot. The resident (in land) applicants and expatriate Pakistanis will be eligible to participate in the scheme and payment in Pak Rupees. Refund also be made in Pak Rupees
- Any taxes imposed by the government will have to be borne by the successful allottee
- The allottee will be given discount of 5% on payment of balance fifty percent premium within seven days from issuance of intimation letter
- The issue of brochures will start from the next day of the advertisement appearing in the press. Application forms could be obtained and submitted till 04th October 2013
- Balloting for the allotment of plots will be held on 07th October 2013
- The refund will start soon after completion of balloting process for which applicant would have to submit counter receipt of his/her application form to respective bank where he/she had deposited money
- Applications should be submitted at designated branches of MCB Bank Ltd and
Askari Bank Ltd latest by October 04th, 2013.
Application Procedure for Overseas Pakistanis:
STEP-1
- Customer to visit overseas bank branch for depositing funds (lumpsum 50% Down Payment & Rs.5000/- non-refundable processing fee against single remittance) in CDA's account mentioned above along with print out of CDA's advertisement
STEP-2
- As a token of receipt of fund overseas bank will issue a reference no., this reference number is mandatory requirement for submission of Online Form
STEP-3
- On successful submission of application, applicant as well as respective bank in Pakistan will recieve an acknowledgement email from CDA official email address (d12e12overseas@cda.gov.pk)
STEP-4
- On receipt of funds respective bank in Pakistan will send a comfirmatory email regarding receipt of funds and will also intimate CDA to issue a balloting number to respective applicant
- Any taxes imposed by the government will have to be borne by the successful allottee
- By submitting online application form, applicant agrees to the terms & conditions mentioned in the brochure available on the Website

Refund to Unsuccessful Applicants:
- Refund to the unsuccessful applicants will be paid in Pakistani currency, refund process will be initiated soon after completion of balloting process
- Refund shall be made through the designated branch of the bank where the application was submitted
- Refund will be paid in form of cross pay order/bank draft on surrender of original receipt
- Refund pay order/bank draft shall be crossed as “Payee Account Only” and marked as “ Non Transferable”
Refund to Unsuccessful Overseas Applicants:
- Refund to the unsuccessful overseas applicants will be paid in Pakistani Currency refund process will be initiated soon after completion of balloting process
- No interest, profit or mark-up shall be paid by the Capital Development Authority or Bank on the amount deposited by an applicant
- Refund shall be made through the designated branch of the bank where amount was credited in any of the above mentioned bank account
- Refund will be paid in form of bank draft/PO/CDR after proper verification of credentials through online submitted record
- Refund bank draft/PO/CDR shall be crossed as "Payee Account Only" and marked as "Non Transferable"
- Applicant must mention their bank, branch name along with a/c no. in Pakistan for deposit of refund amount
