Regional Planning Directorate comes under Planning wing of CDA. Directorate is responsible to undertake preparation of a Regional Plan for the specified area incorporating a comprehensive development program for the region, responsible to coordinate development in accordance with the Regional Plan in the Specified Area, prepare a physical development plan for the Islamabad Parks Area, undertake comprehensive rural planning within the Islamabad Capital Territory and to examine and process all planning applications for development within the Region.
