Law Directorate is dealing with opinion/advice cases received from different formations of CDA such as Estate Management Directorate and Land Directorate. Dealing with the court cases in District Courts, High Court and Supreme Court through CDA counsel and Assistant Legal Adviser appointed for the purpose.

Sanction of Contingent & Expenditure like purchase of stationary, repair of vehicle, computer, Photostat machine, Law/Legal charges etc.

Admin Wing Directorate processes the matter of the employees and keeps their personal record i.e. the file of Advocate etc. A/C wing of the Directorate deals with the payment cases on account of professional fee of the Advocates and related matters including the payment of salary of CDA staff.
