CDA's Anti encroachment operations in the city

Islamabad: September 14, 2020: Capital Development Authority is continuing with its drive against encroachments in the city. For this purpose anti-encroachment operations are being conducted all over the city and encroachments on state land are being demolished.  
These operations are being conducted by the Enforcement Directorate with the assistance of ICT Administration, Islamabad Police and other concerned formations.  
During the operation conducted on Monday, teams of Enforcement Directorate demolished 07 rooms, 03 kitchens, 02 garage and 08 boundary walls constructed illegally on state land in Jaba Tailee area. During another action taken on Monday, 01 illegally constructed room in sector I-14/4 was also demolished. Similarly, 02 boundary walls and the side wall constructed in sector G-12 was also demolished. 
During other operations conducted in different parts of the city, teams of Enforcement Directorate demolished 02 sheds constructed illegally in street 14, sector I-14, 01 illegally boundary wall in mohallah Darah in Saidpur area, 01 illegally constructed kiosk at Motorway Chowk G.T Road and 03 illegally constructed rooms at G.T Road Sangjani Toll Plaza. During these operations, construction material and encroachment items were also confiscated which were shifted to Enforcement Store.      
Teams of Enforcement Directorate alongwith Assistant Commissioner, ICT carried out a sealing operation in Sector H-16. During this operation, Zamar Valley, Buraq Town, Zakria Town and Sher Zaman Town were sealed.
