Posting, transfer, up-gradation in CDA

Islamabad: September 25, 2017. Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued orders for posting / transfer, up-gradation / Grant of Special Allowance / Additional Charge and Reinstatement in service of officers / officials of different cadres of the Authority. According to these orders two (02) officers / officials were posted / transferred, two (02) officers were allowed to hold additional charge, three (03) officers were upgraded, two (02) officers were granted special allowance and services of the one (01) official has been re-instated. Officers / officials have been directed to submit their charge assumption / relinquishment report to HRD Directorate accordingly.  Human Resource Development Directorate of Capital Development Authority has issued subject orders after approval from Chairman, CDA.

Among the transferred officer / officials are Mian Muhammad Usman, Assistant Director, One Window Operation (OWO) nominated as Administrative Incharge on account of operation and maintenance of equipments of the Directorate and report submission to the Director regarding complaints whatsoever receive. While in the effect of another order Saeed Akhtar Mirza, Kanoongo (BPs-11) has been transferred from Land And Rehabilitation Directorate.

Among the allowed officers to hold the additional charge are Mirza Agha Muhammad Jaffar, Director Procurement, CDA to hold the additional charge of the post of Deputy Financial Advisor-II, CDA in addition to his own duties while Mrs. Perveen Akhter, Senior Teacher (BPS-17), CDA Model School has been assigned current charge of the post of Vice Principal, CDA Model School as well.

Police Staff presently posted in the Authority has been Up-graded including posts of constable from BPS-05 to BPS-07, Head Constable BPS-07 to BPS-09 and Assistant Sub-Inspector from BPS-09 to BPS-11.

Two Officers have been granted special allowance are Mirza Agha Muhammad Jaffar, Director (Procurement) on account of holding the additional charge of the post Director (Law) in addition to his own duties and Syed Hassan Muhammad Rizvi, chief Complaint Officer (BPS-18) on account of holding the additional charge of the post of Deputy Director (Admin), Enforcement Directorate in addition to his own duties.

Furthermore, services of Muhammad Yaqoob, Ex. Beldar of Production Division-II, Water Supply Directorate, CDA has been re-instated and dismissal period has also been regularized by treating it as extra ordinary leave without pay and allowances and also imposed major penalty to stop three annual increments with recurring effect.
