Posting / Transfer of Officer

Islamabad: June 21, 2017. Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued orders for posting / transfer of 05 officers of different cadres. Three (03) of BPS-18 and two (02) of BPS-16 have been transferred through subject office orders. Transferred officers have been directed to submit their charge assumption / relinquishment report to HRD Directorate accordingly.  Human Resource Development Directorate of Capital Development Authority has issued subject orders after approval from Chairman, CDA.

Among BPS-18 transferred officers are Syed Athar Ali, Private Secretary from PS to Legal Advisor to PS to Member (Engineering), Muhammad Naeem, Private Secretary from PS to Member (Engineering) to PS to Legal Advisor and Sultan Mehmood, Private Secretary has been transferred from PS to DDG (Law) to PS to Director Law.

Similarly, among BPS-16 officers are Ashfaq Abbasi, Admin Officer, awaiting for posting has been transferred as Admin Officer Sanitation Directorate and Zial Ul Hassan, Admin Officer, Sanitation Directorate has been transferred as Admin Officer, MPO Directorate.

Moreover, two suspended officials of Enforcement Directorate, Shahid Iqbal, Supervisor and Aftab Nazar Supervisor are directed to re-join Enforcement Directorate, CDA at their previous position with immediate effect till further orders. The performance of the above officials shall, however, be monitored by Director (Enforcement), CDA and in case of inefficiency or misconduct or unauthorized absence / late coming, report shall be submitted by the Director (Enforcement), CDA along with recommendations and proposed action forthwith besides disciplinary proceedings, which is under process in HRD, CDA. The above mentioned supervisors are also directed to observe bio-metric attendance and the certificate to this effect shall be submitted by Director (Enforcement), CDA.

Furthermore, the services of Enquiry Clerk Mir Qadir has also been suspended on account of his misconduct and corruption as he involved to hand over the illegal occupation of a Government Accommodation situated in sector G-6/4.
