Issuance of Registration Forms:
Wednesday
10th March to Wednesday 17th
March, 2010. Registration Forms/ Prospectus will
be available from the school office during working
hours on payment of Rs. 500/- cash.
a.
Submission
of Registration Forms:
Saturday
13th March to Saturday 20th
March, 2010.
b.
Issuance
of Call Letters:
Thursday
25th March to Saturday 27th
March, 2010.
c.
Test
/ Interview:
Thursday
8th April, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
Saturday
10th April, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
2.
Eligibility:
i.
Prescribed age limit:
a
Minimum 5 years and Maximum 6 years as
reckoned on 31st March
2010.
b.
Age
relaxation is not admissible.
c.
To
ascertain the age, attested copy of Form “B”
issued by National
Registration Office ( NADRA ) must be attached
with the
registration form.
Note:-
i.
Incomplete registration forms will not be
accepted.
ii.
Original form “B” must be produced at
the time of registration.
iii.
A few seats are available for admission in
class VI ( girls only ).
iv.
Bus facility will be available as per
approved route.
