Four (04) school plots in sectors H-8, H-ll and D-12 are available in Islamabad for development by private sector Educationists who have already constructed the school building on plots allotted by CDA within the prescribed time frame and are providing education in the city.

The application is to be accompanied by a detailed feasibility report and verifiable supporting documents indicating (a) Number of students (b) Funds available (c) Functioning period (d) Fee Structure (monthly) (e) Present student/teacher ratio (f) Status of sponsors (g) Education level of sponsors (h) Teaching experience of sponsors (i) Level of college (j) Affiliation with Federal Directorate of Education or FBISE and (k) Registration with Income Tax Department and tax payment details (e) Nature of technical education (f) a non¬refundable scrutiny fee of Rs. 25000/- in the form of Bank Draft in favor of CDA.

All documents so attached must be attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer and verifiable.

Applications previously received will not be considered. All applicants are required to apply afresh. The applications should be sent to Deputy Director General Planning, Facade Block-II, CDA, Khyanban-e-Suharawardy, Islamabad by 18-08-2010.
