It has been noticed by Authority that Plots are being offered for sale in a Housing Scheme named " Margalla Valley", in sectors D-15 and E-15, Zone-1, GT Road, Islamabad, sponsored by M/s AK King Builders (Pvt) Ltd. office no. 104, First Floor, Green trust Tower, Blue Area, Islamabad.

As per provisions of ICT Zoning Regulation 1992, formed for Planning and Development of Housing Schemes in ICT Islamabad. No Housing Scheme can be floated/ launched in Zone-1 by private sponsors and No Housing Scheme can be floated/ launched in Zone-2 without approval of CDA. Therefore, this Housing Scheme named Margalla Valley in Zone-1 is Un-authorized and illegal.

Through this notice, General Public is therefore informed to refrain from making any purchase of plots in this un-authorized and illegal housing scheme (Margalla Valley). Further, the sponsors of the scheme M/s AK King Builders are directed to refrain from advertisement/ marketing for sale of plots and development of un-authorized and illegal housng scheme.
